InviPat provides educational and professional development tools designed to support workplace reflection, self-awareness, decision-making, and professional growth.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Work Debrief Sessions
• Work Insight Reports
• Workplace Patterns Maps
• Targeted Interventions Reports
• AI-assisted analytical and reflective tools
• Related educational materials and resources

The Services are intended solely for informational, educational, and professional development purposes.

The Services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, employment, human resources, or other professional advice.

The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health condition.

Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, employment, fiduciary, coaching, or consulting relationship.

Certain aspects of the Services may rely on artificial intelligence systems, automated analysis, user-provided information, and proprietary methodologies.

As a result:

• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect.
• Outputs are intended to support reflection and learning rather than serve as definitive statements of fact.
• Users should independently evaluate all recommendations, observations, conclusions, and suggested actions.

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information generated through the Services.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing outputs critically and thoughtfully.

• Seeking qualified professional advice when necessary.

You agree not to rely exclusively on the Services when making significant employment, legal, medical, financial, or personal decisions.

Professional development, workplace performance, leadership effectiveness, behavior change, and personal growth depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

MGC does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, promotion, employment result, business result, behavioral change, or performance improvement.

All content, methodologies, frameworks, software, reports, designs, text, graphics, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Martinez Group Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use reports and materials solely for their personal, non-commercial professional development unless otherwise authorized in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martinez Group Consulting LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Martinez Group Consulting LLC for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Martinez Group Consulting LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
